17 exam takers older than 25

Seventeen people older than 25 sat for the college entrance examination that finished yesterday, reported eastday.com.

The oldest was 53-year-old Wang Weiqiang.

This is the first national college entrance examination since the Education Ministry scrapped the regulations that only allowed single people younger than 25 to participate.
