Expired fireworks lead to tragedy

Expired fireworks are
believed responsible for Tuesday night's explosion at an outdoor concert in
Huizhou, which killed two and injured 10, reports Information Times.
More than 20,000 people gathered for the concert held at the square in front
of the Huiyang District government building. Fireworks were discharged at 7:40
pm to open the show. The blast occurred about 10 minutes later when some of the
fireworks flew towards the crowd. One died at the scene and another died in
hospital.
