September 5, the Dalian Communication NCO School received the first batch of first-class communication NCOs who came to take part in the promotion training. With rigid screening, 120 telecommunication NCOs from different troops are to be promoted from the first-class to the second class after the training.

In order to implement the instruction of the CMC Chairman Jiang Zemin and the general headquarters / departments of the PLA on the cultivation of NCOs, the PLA Air Force sets up telecommunication NCO training course. The students will study basic knowledge and expertise in a 2-month training course and then be organized to participate the comprehensive test. Those who passed the test will be promoted in their units. According to the related department, this training mode can avoid some personal factor and is beneficial to upgrade the management and organizational ability of NCOS.
