Avery Johnson scored 16 points to lead the Golden State Warriors to an 89-71 preseason win over the Seattle SuperSonics on Wednesday night. Johnson, fighting for playing time as he begins his 17th NBA season, also had three assists. Seattle never got closer than 15 points in the second half. Brent Barry led the Sonics with 16 points and Rashard Lewis added 11. Free agent center Mikki Moore had 10 points and eight rebounds. Speedy Claxton had nine of the Warriors' 24 assists. Nick Van Exel and Mike Dunleavy Jr. did not play after they were hurt in practice Monday. Seattle's Ray Allen also sat out, along with first-round picks Nick Collison and Luke Ridnour.
