Pet school confers 'bachelor's degree"

China's craze for education
has apparently spread to pets "a dog has graduated with a "bachelor's
degree"after "studying'' three months at a pet school in Southwest China's
Chongqing Municipality, reports Xinhuanet.com.
Located in a market near Yubei District, the school accepts only pedigreed
dogs which, after training, heed simple commands such as "sit-down,''
"lie-down'' or "shake hands.''
The tuition for the degree costs 5,000 yuan (US$600).
