Banking on prudence

China will continue to adopt a prudent fiscal policy to maintain a sound economic growth, central bank governor Dai Xianglong said yesterday.
The exchange rate of the renminbi will also remain stable, a move, he claims, that will bring benefits to both China and the entire Asia.
At present, there is no timetable for the full convertibility of the yuan currency.
