A high-tech expo scheduled for September will bring a series of Olympic-related business opportunities to participating enterprises.

Sources with the Organizing Committee of the sixth China Beijing International High-Tech Expo said special attractions of the Expo included exhibiting application of digital technologies in previous Olympic Games and promoting road construction, railway transportation, power supply and sewage disposal projects related to the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.

A special meeting will be held to explain Beijing Digital Olympics Action Plan and help foreign and domestic enterprises take up Olympic-related business opportunities. The Expo will also demonstrate the influences of digital technologies on daily life and invite international telecommunication giants such as Ericsson, Nokia, National, LG and Samsung to present their advanced telecommunication and network products.
