Spain beat Turkey 1-0 Saturday to win the under-19 European Soccer Championship on a goal by Borja Valero Iglesias in the first minute of injury time that fans protested by throwing objects on the field.

Portuguese referee Pedro Proenca was hit above the right eye by a bottle that came from the stands. He stopped play while receiving treatment.

Iglesias, a midfielder for Real Madrid, got past two defenders before looping the ball across the penalty area and past goalkeeper Sener Ozcan.
