Xiong Ni
champion of men's 3m springboard at 27th Olympic Games.
Twenty-five-year-old Xiong is a legendary figure in Chinese diving. He, at
the age of 13, began to show his talent in the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
In the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, he earned a bronze medal for China. Then he
changed from platform to springboard.
In the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, he claimed the 3m springboard gold.
Xiao Hailiang
Gold medallist in men's 3m springboard synchronized, paired with Xiong Ni, in
the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Second in men's 3m springboard and first in men's 3m springboard
synchronized, paired with Xiong Ni, in the 2000 National Diving Championships,
