Zhang Haitao, head coach of the Chinese squad, says his team, have had four training sessions in Patras, where the opening match is to be held since arriving on Friday.

The 34-year old head coach says his players are in form, and are getting used to the weather in the seaside city.

Chinese women's team failed to reach the semi-finals in the 2000 Sydney Games and the 2003 women's World Cup.
