Arie Haan facing a dim future
The Chinese Football Association has decided to set up a combined coach team instead of Arie Haan himself directing China's vital match in the World Cup qualifier next month. The three-man team comprises a CFA official, a Chinese coach as well as Arie Haan. The Dutchman failed to lead his team to scoring a goal in the 1-0 defeat agaisnt Kuwait, which made China lose their top place in Group Four. With only the group winner qualifying for the next round, China has to fight for more goal difference in the match against Hong Kong on November 17th. Kuwait, which is two goals up on China, and will play the group's weakest country Malaysia in their final group game.
