Cited by the local press, Romario said he wishes to celebrate his 39th birthday, Saturday, with a goal scored by him in the coming game.

"It's already four months without playing in Maracana and I am anxious to score," he said.

A member of the Brazilian national team which won the 1994 World Cup in the United States, Romario said "At the age of 39, I am in good health and happy. I continue doing what I like the most and I believe I can still do a lot for Vasco."

The last time Romario scored in Maracana, was playing six months ago for Fluminense.

But he assured that 2005 will be the last year of his successful career.
