Man gets execution stay to visit wife, son A convict in Huaibei, Anhui Province, had his execution delayed for a day so he could see his wife and son, the Jianghuai Morning Post reports. Zhu Zhaoyang committed a murder in 1993 and then fled to Changchun in Jilin Province. He then got married and had a son. In May of last year, Zhu was caught and sentenced. This month, Zhu's parents were informed the execution would be carried the next day and they plead the court to delay it because Zhu's wife and son's flight would be late. The court agreed.
