It was a day out for the Beckham family as the new addition was invited to his great grandad's birthday lunch.

Cruz Beckham's Debut
But little Cruz Beckham wasn't the only thing the snappers were interested in - as they refocused their cameras on the super sleek frame of his mummy.

David, Victoria and their three sons were in London to celebrate David's grandad's birthday with a big family luncheon at Cipriani in West London.

As they left the restaurant, David was left holding the baby, wrapped up in a white blanket, as 5-year-old Brooklyn gave the cameras a cheeky smile.

Victoria, holding 2-year-old Romeo's hand, looked stunning and back to her pre-baby slimness in a classy black dress with cardi.

The Beckhams had to deal with the kids without the aid of their nanny, Abigail Gibson, who reportedly resigned after a barny with Posh.

The former Spice Girl had called Abigail after being told that she was chatting with the beautician, Dannielle Heath, who claims she had an affair with Becks.

The Beckhams are so desperate to get a nanny back on board, that it seems they taken out an ad on nannyjob.co.uk.

Although it doesn't name the Beckhams, potential nannies are convinced the ad is theirs, as one hopeful told The Sun:

"It doesn't actually say it's for the Beckhams but you don't have to be a brain surgeon to work it out.

"There aren't too many high-profile celebrity couples living between the UK and Spain who have three sons."

The advert reads as follows:

"Very high profile celebrity family require professional nanny for three boys. Nanny must be very flexible and willing to travel - mostly to Spain. Confidentiality and discretion is a must with this position. Nanny must have a minimum of 5 years experience."
