Jackson performs oral sex on boy: Guard

A former security guard at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has claimed he saw the star kissing, fondling and performing oral sex on a young boy in the 1990s.

Ralph Chacon told the trial in California that he saw the alleged incident when he peeked through a bathroom window.

Mr Chacon said he first saw Jackson and the child, who he said was "nine or 10 years old," in a jacuzzi, but the two got out and headed to the shower together.

"I saw Mr Jackson caressing the boy's hair, he was kissing him," he said adding that Jackson kissed the boy on various areas including his nipples.

He then claimed Jackson performed oral sex on the boy.

Prosecutor Tom Sneddon asked Mr Chacon to confirm that he had actually seen the alleged incident that took place in the early 1990s.

"Yes, sir," he replied.

Mr Chacon named the boy involved as Jordy Chandler who received an alleged ￡10.6m settlement from Jackson when he filed a civil suit in 1993.

While Jackson has never faced criminal charges in connection with previous alleged acts of molestation, Judge Rodney Melville has allowed prosecutors to tell jurors of five unproved claims against the star in order to prove a possible pattern of child abuse.

Jackson is charged with molesting Gavin Arvizo when he was 13-years-old, plying him with alcohol and conspiring to hold him and his family captive.

He denies all the charges.
