Henin-Hardenne jumped five places to seventh in the WTA rankings released here
after her victory over France's Mary Pierce in the French Open finals.
Pierce made the biggest improvement of any player in the top 20, leaping to
13th from 23rd.
American Lindsay Davenport remained atop the rankings, stretching her margin
over second-place Maria Sharapova of Russia from 91 to 261 points.
