Olympic champion Liu Xiang has won the gold medal in men's 110-meter hurdles
at the National Track and Field Championships in Shijiazhuang, North China's
Hebei Province.

[Xinhua] | Liu Xiang, who finished the preliminary
contest with only 14.10 seconds yesterday, clocked a time of 13.21 for the
victory.

[Xinhua] | China's second best hurdler Shi Dongpeng claimed the silver medal with 13.27
second, followed by Xing Yan'an with 13.85.
The National Championships is the preliminary of the 10th National Games,
which will open on October 9 in Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu
Province.
