FIFA accredits Kenyan referees

Thirty Kenyan referees have received accreditation with world football governing body FIFA, local media reported Thursday.

According to newspaper The Standard's report, in the latest dispatch from Zurich to the Kenya Football Federation (KFF), FIFA has listed 10 men as international referees and a similar number as international assistant referees.

KFF Referees' Committee chairman Jack Asadhi said Kenya now has the highest number of FIFA accredited referees in the east African region.
