A late Luis Figo penalty gave Real Madrid a hard-earned 3-2 win over China's Beijing Guo'an in the third match of their lucrative pre-season tour on Saturday.

Manchester United's Chinese player Dong Fangzhou (front) is followed by Hong Kong's Li Hang-wui during the second half of their match in Hong Kong July 23, 2005. The English Premier League team beat Hong Kong 2-0, with Dong scoreing the second goal, during their match on Saturday as part of their Asian tour to China and Japan.

Real, who twice trailed at Beijing's Workers' Stadium, were stunned into action after a Lu Jiang header gave the Chinese side a shock lead after 32 minutes.

The Spanish club struck back five minutes later through captain Raul.

Beijing's Serbian forward Branko Jelic restored the home team's lead in the 73rd minute only for Guti to equalise with just over 10 minutes left.

Figo, whose future at the club has been the subject of speculation, secured victory for the visitors from the penalty spot in the 82nd minute.

Real began their six-match pre-season tour with a 3-1 win over Mexico's Chivas Guadalajara and a 2-0 victory against the Los Angeles Galaxy in the United States.

The Spanish giants play two games in Japan next week before finishing the money-spinning trip with a friendly in Bangkok.
