Real Madrid bosses ask players to eulogize Beckham London: England Soccer captain David Beckham may not be doing what he does best these days, ‘bending the ball’ into the net, but that apparently hasn’t diminished his star power in the least, it seems. Bosses at the premier Spanish club, Real Madrid have ordered their stars to eulogize Beckham and represent the club, the way he does. “Be ambassadors for the club - like David Beckham,” The Sun quoted an official as saying. Officials said that Beckham was the only player to bond well with the fans during the club’s three week world tour. “He spent 40 minutes a day signing autographs and posing for photos. The rest did very little,” said an official. A source close to Beckham also said that “he remembered being a young fan
himself and the joy he got from meeting his heroes”.
