lost control of the vehicle as hurricane Katrina struck on the I-10 highway
outside of Pensacola, Florida, August 29, 2005. Authorities in New Orleans
ordered hundreds of thousands of residents to flee on Sunday as Hurricane
Katrina strengthened into a rare top-ranked storm and barrelled towards the
vulnerable U.S. Gulf Coast city for a second and more deadly assault on the Gulf
Coast. [Reuters]
