Indonesia plane toll 147, including 30 on ground

All 117 people on board an Indonesian Boeing 737-200 that crashed in the city of Medan on Monday were killed, along with 30 bystanders on the ground, a rescue official said.

"All passengers and crew died. Thirty people who were around the area also died," Zainul Kahar, head of operations at Medan's search and rescue agency, told Reuters.
