Suicide bomber wounds 4 in Afghanistan

A suicide attacker rammed a car packed with explosives into a vehicle carrying foreigners in southern Afghanistan, wounding four of them on Sunday, a U.S.-led coalition commander said.

The attack was in Kandahar city, said Col. Steve Bowes, a Canadian commander with the U.S.-led coalition. The identities of the four were not immediately known, he said.
