HOUSTON - Shawn Marion and James Jones each scored 19 points and the Phoenix
Suns found their 3-point shooting touch in a 100-88 victory over the Houston
Rockets on Wednesday night.

range the previous two games, Phoenix shot 14-of-27 from behind the arc
Wednesday for a season-high 3-point total. Jones was 5-of-10.
The Rockets, who have lost five straight, played without Tracy McGrady, who
missed his third straight game and sixth overall with back problems. He's
day-to-day.
Derek Anderson led Houston with 23 points.
Rockets rookie Luther Head had his second straight strong game with 15 points
and a career-high 10 rebounds. He scored his career high of 28 Tuesday against
Dallas.
After trailing by 10 at the half, Houston went on a 13-3 run early in the
third quarter to tie the game at 63. But the Rockets were outscored 9-0 the next
3:57 as Phoenix opened a 72-63 lead.
The Suns took a 75-65 lead after three quarters.
Phoenix jumped to an early 19-7 lead as Nash and Marion
each scored seven. The Suns led 25-19 after the first quarter, with Houston
shooting only 26 percent (7-of-27) from the field.
Bibby Helps Kings Crown Nets 114-105

Calif. - Mike Bibby scored 25 points and Bonzi Wells had 23 points and nine
rebounds Friday night to lead the Sacramento Kings over the New Jersey Nets
114-105.
