A girl student from Ocean University of China
in Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province, blows into a condom on the
World AIDS Day December 1, 2005. China launched a nationwide campaign to
educate people about HIV and AIDS, particularly the sexually active
university students and migrant workers. The government hopes it will be
able to control the number of HIV cases below 1.5 million by the year
