Israeli forces entered the Gaza Strip's last remaining Jewish settlement on Monday to complete the evacuation of all the enclaves after nearly four decades of occupation.

Forces plan to remove the settlers from Netzarim, a religious farming community of about 500. Later in the week, they are due to evacuate two West Bank settlements, where tougher resistance by rightists is expected.
