His dream is to make it possible for all children in China to have fun playing with footballs.
Luo Weixing, a 44-year-old football lover vowed to realize his dream three years ago when his son was kept from playing football due to the high cost of football training programmes.
Yet turning things around is not an easy task.
Luo has sold everything he owns - and then sold his house - to purchase footballs for children. He has distributed them all over.
To support his family and his cause, he set up a football workshop in Beijing, and designed footballs with a dozen symbolic animals.
"All I want is to offer footballs to young fans with the hope that they can become good players when they grow up," the Beijing Morning Post reports.
