昨日，北京农村商业银行正式成立，该行注册资金人民币50.75亿元，为迄今为止我国最大的农村商业银行。全市127家法人农信社法人资格取消，合并为一家按现代股份制商业银行模式打造的商业银行。这也意味着北京银行业格局将发生改变。
这项改革举措的目的在于：Reform measures, including 2 billion yuan (US$246 million) in central bank bills to helpwrite offbad loans as well as efforts to improve management, have already yielded results.
