DPRK says it has reprocessed nuclear fuel rods

PYONGYANG: The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) had completed the reprocessing of all 8,000 pieces of spent nuclear rods, a key step to increase nuclear arsenal, by the end of August in Yongbyon, the official KCNA news agency said on Tuesday.
