London 2012 organizers unveiled the Olympic and Paralympic mascots Wednesday - one-eyed, interactive creations named after 2 small English towns. Officials said the mascots, Wenlock and Mandeville (see photo), are designed in keeping with the digital world, and a change from the cute plush dolls that mascots have been for decades. But the public has called them the worst mascots ever, citing weird. |
