Work on a £100m building development in the UK grounded to a halt because of a goose, the Daily Mail reported. The bird settled in and laid 3 eggs right in the middle of the building site. The contractor has assigned a security guard to give the goose 24-hour protection. A yellow sign reading "Stop Working Goose Nesting" was put up on a nearby board. A spokesman of the company said, "It is frustrating that we're being held up but I'm sure work will be able to continue as usual once the eggs have hatched."
