A Taiwanese woman has won a NT$100,000 cash prize by catching around 4m mosquitoes in just 1 month, AFP reported. Huang Yu-yen, from southern Taiwan's Yunlin County, beat 72 rivals with a catch weighing more than 1.5 kg in a mosquito-killing competition organized by a company. The company has sent an application to Guinness World Records asking that Huang be recognized as the world's leading mosquito killer. |
