Insecure Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum is insecure.

The 36-year-old model - who raises four children Leni, six, Henry, four, Johan, three and seven-month-old Lou with husband Seal - admits she worries about her weight and appearance, but doesn't think her concerns are anything out of the ordinary.

She said: "We all have the same issues. Every woman. It's thighs, butt, arms, muffintops. All those fun things, we all have the same issues."

The 'Project Runway' host also revealed that her family like to make personalised gifts and cards to mark special occasions.

Speaking about forthcoming Father's Day in the US, she told Hollywoodlife.com: "Probably we'll do something fun like the children will maybe draw something or make a poster or a painting or something. Usually we do arts and crafts."

Heidi - who has two maternity lines, Loved and Lavish for A Pea in the Pod - has encouraged pregnant women not to lose their sense of style when they are carrying a baby.

She said: "It shouldn't change when you're pregnant that all of a sudden you have to wear a moo moo and call it a day."
