Russell Brand is already "under the thumb" of his new wife Katy Perry.
The comic actor has started taking orders from his pop star spouse - who he wed in India last month - and she has even started telling him to wear.
In his first TV interview since tying the knot, he told ITV show 'Loose Women': "The other day, I put a shirt on and she went, 'You're not wearing that shirt are you?' I thought, 'That's actually happening? That's a thing off a sitcom.' That happened in my actual life. I wasn't allowed to wear it."
Describing himself as "under the thumb", he continued: "If she says don't wear that shirt, I don't wear it."
Despite the star-studded guest list and glamorous location, Russell insists his nuptials were just like anybody's else's wedding day.
He explained: "It was just normal. It's like a normal wedding. Everyone gets all worked up about showbiz and celebrity, but other than the bit where you're on the TV or you're singing a song, it's normal. It's just a normal marriage."
The 'Get Him to the Greek' star also denied he gave Katy a tiger on their wedding day, adding: "I'm a vegetarian, you don't give people tigers, it's stupid, it's dangerous, and the tigers don't like it."
