Celine held an exclusive preview of their latest collection at Paris Fashion Week on March 4, 2012.
The brand had cancelled its full-scale catwalk show in favour of a scaled-down and intimate presentation, headed by Creative Director Phoebe Philo.
The pregnant fashion designer talked through the collection of 30 ultra-modern and looks, which incorporated a palette of pink, electric blue and burgundy.
One of the lucky few who attended the event, Lucinda Chambers from Vogue, said: "It was wonderful, there were so few people and we really felt hand-picked.
"Phoebe looked so relaxed and the atmosphere was all about sharing clothes. It was just so beautiful."
Jean Paul Gaultier also returned to his roots for his show yesterday (04.03.12), with a show incorporating the spirit of punk with graffiti spray-painted hair and models with attitude for his Autumn/Winter 2012-13 collection.
Meanwhile Viktor and Rolf produced a darkly romantic show echoing the 1940s, lit by an artificial moon which sat at one side of the catwalk, with models following a winding silver path.
Cacharel designers Ling Liu and Dawei Sun unveiled a collection inspired by a fusion of Bauhaus design and female pilot Amelia Earhart, including blue, mustard and red leather ensembles and wrap-around coats.
