As one of the worst-hit areas in the devastating 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, Ping Ysue, a village of Fengyi township in Maoxian County in Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous prefecture, in southwest China's Sichuan province, has becoming a new reconstructed village under the development of urban-rural integration.

With the help of its twin partner Shanxi Province, local authorities made every effort to preserve its Qiang ethnic culture heritage and attract more visitors to come and experience the eco-living and Qiang culture.
