Primary school students take part in a fun performance about the dangers of pollution in Jinan, East China's Shandong province, on Feb 25, 2013. On the first day of the new semester, Jinan city was shrouded in fog and haze. In order to raise awareness about PM2.5, particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or less which are air pollutants particles that can invade even the smallest airways, and appeal to students to decrease pollution and protect the environment, the school held an educational environmental protection drama.
