A bird flies in the Lalu Wetland National Nature Reserve, Dec 4, 2013. Lhasa, capital of Tibet autonomous region, will carry out a 700 million yuan program to protect the nature reserve, also known as "the lung of Lhasa". The project involves relocation, ecological restoration, seepage-prevention, wetland extension and so on.
