Kelly Brook's fashion secrets
Have you made any fashion faux pas?
If a wonderful jeweller offers to lend me diamonds for an event, it's so hard not to over-accessorize. I'm sure sometimes I look ridiculously bling. What brand of bag are you toting at the moment?
I'm currently using a black Hermes Birkin bag, which I see as a real investment, or that's how I justified it to myself. But It is so lady-like and timeless - I'm sure I'll use it forever.
How do you stay in shape?
When I am working I tend to be much fitter as I find it easier to motivate myself with a goal in sight. I enjoy Pilates, and when I'm away filming I like to swim everyday. Do you have any food weaknesses?
When I am in LA I make a concerted effort to stay away from Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and I also have a complete weakness for Magnolia cupcakes from the Magnolia Bakery in New York. People queue around the corner for the cupcakes because they are so delicious.
Describe your skincare routine?
I always cleanse with Dr Alkatis Facial Cleanser and use the Organic Face Food from the same range. They are wonderful products, developed to literally feed your face – your skin looks glowing afterwards.
How do you feel about growing old?
It scares me a bit but I hope I will be able to do it gracefully. I think that once you have children, they can make you feel younger too, which I am looking forward to.
What are your views on plastic surgery?
If it helps someone improve his or her self-esteem then you can't knock it. But for me, I’m far too squeamish at the moment, though I would never rule it out completely for the future.
What's your best beauty tip?
Splash your face with cold water and then apply sesame oil - it will leave your skin incredibly soft. I also recommend great facials by Linda Meredith(www.lindameredith.com).
You're on a desert island with only four make-up products - what do you bring
I would bring sesame oil for my skin, a razor, sunscreen SPF 20 and Linda Meredith for a little bit of pampering.
