Kate Moss' festival make-up

Kate Moss is an icon for festival make-up.

M.A.C Pro senior artist Neil Young - who will be helping to provide VIP guests in the Virgin Media Louder Lounge at this weekend's V Festival (20-21 August) with glamorous makeovers from M.A.C Cosmetics - says festival goers can be a lot more experimental with their look and should take inspiration from the supermodel, who is famed for her stylish festival look.

Neil exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Festival make-up is the one time you can go over-the-top and get away with looks you couldn't in say the high street or restaurants. So you're going to see a lot of glitter, a lot of colour and kind of grungy looking eyes. Very Kate Moss-inspired eyes - she's a bit of an icon for festival make-up."

Neil also says festival make-up becomes better throughout the day because it gets a bit "dishevelled".

He said: "I think festival make-up, as it becomes destroyed or throughout the day it looks better and takes on the vibe of a festival. So if it starts off perfect and ends up everywhere, I don't really think that matters and it just adds to the look."

The M.A.C Pro team has taken inspiration from this year's decadent Virgin Media Louder Lounge theme of Rococo, developing four gorgeous looks to recreate on celebrity and VIP guests.

The bespoke designs include Smoke-Coco, Love Rococo, Rock-Coco as well as an intricate thespian-inspired Golden Leaf creation, giving guests an instant festival beauty fix with a twist of baroque glamour.
