China Fashion Week 2014 spring / summer ended on Saturday, but not before fashion watchers were treated to eye-dazzling shows from more than 50 international and local labels, five fashion design competitions and nearly 20 exhibitions.
The highlights of one of the biggest fashion shows in China this year were children's wear and wedding gowns. Three labels for the younger fashion divas took part in the event - T100 Kids, Ye Ye Kids Wear and Tou Tu Kids Wear. Five wedding fashion labels also presented their creations with gowns, veils, and accessories, including Tsai Meiyue, Cai Zhonghan and Ge Lan. The trend this year is light, natural designs, with subtle colors, eco-friendly fabrics and simple yet elegant designs. China Fashion Week, founded in 1997, has attracted designers not only from China, but also from Japan, South Korea, France, Italy and Singapore.
