The designer is selling a light blue tee printed with the soon-to-be iconic image of his long-time muse posing for the raunchy magazine's 60th anniversary issue in a full Playboy bunny outfit.
The limited-edition tops and a series of posters featuring images from her 18-page Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott editorial were unveiled at Bookmarc in London on Monday.
Fans can snap up the Playboy t-shits for just $35 at marcjacobs.com, with all of the proceeds going to amfAR, a cause both Marc and his friend Kate support.
Marc hailed the British supermodel as an "inspiration" to designers and stylists as he presented her with the prestigious Special Recognition Award at the 2013 British Fashion Awards earlier this week.
He gushed: "The legendary Kate is not only a fashion icon, she embodies the spirit of London. She is a woman of incomparable style. She is bold, sharp, dynamic and fearless...
"Kate has always defied convention and stands alone - she really is the rarest of jewels. So while England might have two Kates, in my heart there is only one."
