Giada presents 2016 luxury
Italian luxury brand Giada showed its new collection at its flagship store in Beijing last month. Based on the idea of contemporary luxury, the 2016 spring/summer collection emphasizes both sophistication and functionality. The collection, influenced by Spanish artist Pablo Palazuelo, employs sinuous lines and clean silhouettes. Neutral colors are enlivened by hues of bordeaux, mint and lilac. Understated prints and geometric patterns come with various fabrics. There are also bags, jewelry and shoes for different occasions.
Aviation-style clothes from Chanel
Chanel showed its 2016 spring/summer ready-to-wear collection at an open door event in Beijing. Inspired by aviation, the collection combines comfort with femininity, revisiting classic Chanel suits with a fuller silhouette, more colors and new trimming styles. Aviation elements like flight information are printed on the blouses and skirts for a light-hearted, playful effect.
