Celebrate traditional Mid-Autumn Festival with innovative Western style mousse moon cakes from China World Hotel's dessert shop, The Sweet Spot. There are six different flavors: peach and yogurt, raspberry onyx , hazelnut chocolate, strawberry mousse, tiramisu, berry mascarpone. Mousse moon cake gift box costs 98 yuan, while a single cake costs 28. Pastry chef Philippe Daue, Jonathan Wu, and their team won the 4th place at 2012 World Pastry Team Championship (WPTC) in Las Vegas.
