The artfully-arranged, ingredient-minding place now offers the best of chilled import from Australia, including black angus, wagyu and veal chop. The Barolo restaurant’s Italian Chef Gianluca is launching a brand new menu for the spring. With integrants gleaned from the local and overseas market, the chef is engaging wild mushrooms, seared tuna fillet, Kalamata Olive, 25-year-aged Balsamic and many other selected goods to make up plates of recommendation. Top on the commendatory list are Venetian Style deep-Fried seafood, lobster clear broth, the sea food degustation and grilled Jumbo prawn with eggplant Caponata, orange, pine nut, pesto. A Degustation set menu will be 798 yuan ($128) per guest. Sets are available 11:30 am - 2:00 pm, 6:00 pm -10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.
