Fruits and vegetables carnival
Master chefs of the hotel will cook on a live station. Visitor will have a chance to sneak the cooking secrets from the two chefs and take away all the ingredients home.
From cold starters, healthy soups to hot dishes, the magnificent Cantonese cuisines is combined with tropical fruits, such as passion fruit, jumbo fruit, lychee, loquat and peach, to help relieve the summer heat.
An extensive selection of wild vegetables from Yunnan will also be prepared in the Rainbow Village at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace.
