Diners can expect to indulge in a selection of classic dishes and signature creations, such as braised sea cucumber with shrimp roe; sauteed river shrimp; fried king prawn meatball in wasabi sauce; sauteed crab meat served with crispy toast; and boiled pork knuckle and preserved pork soup with wonton, just to name a few.
