On July 5, trainees of the InterContinental Hotels Group completed their first training course with the IHG Culinary Academy Program (Central North China) at the Nestlé Professional Customer Engagement Center in Beijing.
The program aims at improving trainees’ menu development skills, core cooking techniques, as well as improving holistic quality management in the F&B department of IHG hotels.
