St Regis Beijing will host the annual Yangzhou food festival from Wednesday through Jan 26.

In its third year, the event is co-organized by the city government of Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, and aims to promote local cuisines.

During the festival, celebrity chefs from the East China city, will offer diners authentic dishes made of seasonal ingredients at the hotel's Celestial Court restaurant. Special attractions are likely to include traditional Huaiyang dishes, dim sum, braised shredded chicken with ham and dried tofu, Yangzhou pork meat patties and sweet and sour mandarin fish.
