Return of Jancis Robinson
The Chinese Wine Summit includes a master class by wine expert Jancis Robinson, titled The Pearls of New World Wine, on Friday in Chengdu and on Sunday in Shanghai. Robinson, the first person outside the wine trade to become a Master of Wine, is the wine columnist for the Financial Times and co-author of The World Atlas of Wine and The Wine Grapes. Other master classes will be offered in Shanghai only by French wine critic Bernard Burtschy and Italian expert Ian D'Agata. Each master class is 3,000 yuan; attend all three in Shanghai for 7,800 yuan.
